I like “nutrition-focused, non-clinical approaches” here because it gives Functional Nutrition its own identity without making it sound like a lesser HHP. It also accommodates graduates from Functional Nutrition Coach, functional nutrition practitioner, holistic nutrition, and similar programs without requiring that their school used the exact title “Functional Nutritionist.”

One small consistency point: since these are parallel certifications rather than specialties layered onto HHP/HC, I would start referring to them on the site as “focused Board Certifications” or “discipline-focused certifications” rather than “specialties.” That will reinforce the architecture we’re actually implementing.
