Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Membership Term & Renewal
Memberships with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and the American Alternative Medical Association (AAMA) are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment. Memberships renew automatically each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to renewal by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid membership term. Access to member benefits continues through the end of the paid period.
3. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership term has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided for:

Partial membership terms

Failure to use member benefits

Membership lapse due to non-renewal

Denial or revocation of certification or accreditation
4. Certification & Accreditation Disclaimer
Membership fees apply to association membership only. Membership renewal does not guarantee certification, accreditation approval, or continued professional standing. Certification and accreditation decisions are subject to separate standards, review processes, and compliance requirements.
5. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or notify you to update your payment method. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in membership lapse or inactive status.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
